Are your paintings really hand-painted?

Yes. Every painting is 100% hand painted on a new, blank canvas from scratch. Our artists don't use any type of computer software for doing so.

What type of startup business solutions do you offer?

From cheap logo designs to corporate identity pack (business card, letterhead, envelope), from business card, to advertisement and web banner designs; there are a whole lot of services that are business oriented and suitable for startup and established businesses.

How can I send you my photo?

You can use our online uploader, given with almost every service page, to upload a scanned/digital version of your photo to be painted. Alternately you can email your photo to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as an attachment, or if your photo is not in a digital format you can snail-mail it to us. In what file format should I send my photos?

You may upload/send your photos in .jpeg, .gif, .psd, or .png. The better the image resolution is, the better the reference the artist will have to create your painting.

How fast is the turnaround?

Specific turnaround timings are given with each product or service.

Oil paintings take 1-2 weeks to draw, depending the size and complexity. Watercolor and pencil sketches take 3-5 days to draw. After an order is placed, we will update you once a week on the status of the order. We do not offer expedited service. If we offered a faster service, we’d have to sacrifice quality, and that is not something we are willing to do.

For Digital Art completed work will be shown in 3 - 6 days for approval, before final digital delivery.

Do you offer framing?

Presently we are sending paintings rolled into a cardboard cylinder. However framed delivery option is coming in 3 months.

How much are the shipping charges?

We offer shipping worldwide for FREE. We do not add hidden shipping cost to your original cost. What you see in the price tag is what you pay. Shipped by the best international cargo and courier services.
